Christian Service Brigade offers a variety of ministries for boys of all ages. Brigade works best when dads and/or committed Christian men are serving the boys, introducing them to Christ and mentoring them to become men of God.
Tree Climbers
Tree Climbers provides a regular time for dads and their children to spend a profitable time together. They meet weekly for games, crafts, Scripture memorization, and stories.
A Ministry to Fathers and Children in Grades 1 and 2. Families are busy. It’s difficult for dads to spend time with their kids. That’s where Tree Climbers comes in. Tree Climbers offers dads a weekly opportunity to invest time with their sons and, in many cases, their daughters, and build relationships with both.
Dads help their 6 and 7 year olds grow spiritually and just have fun with them.
As Christian fathers, Tree Climbers dads are trying to:
*Guide their kids to the Lord
*Guide their kids to the Word of God
*Guide their kids to Christian maturity
*Guide their kids to the local church
The Weekly Meeting
The weekly meeting is a time of fun and games, projects and a regular challenge from the Word of God.
Tree Climbers Revision
As part of our NEW BEGINNINGS initiatives, this year, CSB Ministries has completely revised and updated Tree Climbers Adventure Two to provide stronger, more exciting material for you and your boys.
Discovery Leader's Guide
You’ll immediately notice a greater connection between Scripture memory, adventure story, and craft projects.
Fathers and sons will explore nine different discoveries using the revised edition: rocks, fishing, reptiles, pets, snow, disasters, farms, flowers, and wild animals.
If your church used Adventure One during 2004-2005, order Discovery for this year. (If you used Adventure Two during 2004-2005, order Adventure One now.)
Odyssey Activity Packet
Odyssey Activity Packet 310 430 Order one packet for each boy. Will include an award poster and set of stickers for one boy. Will replace Award Packet 1 used with Adventure Book 1 and the Coloring Poster.
Camps
Many CSB Ministries’ camps run half weeks for Tree Climbers and their dads. Dads and kids share cabins, do camp activities together and enjoy time with each other. In addition, camps offer Bible studies and time for the dads to fellowship.
