REGISTRATION FOR 2007-2008
Welcome to the 2007-2008 CSB Ministries online church registration. The upcoming year will be exciting as you anticipate the possibilities of introducing boys and girls to Christ, and discipling them toward godly leadership.
Looking forward to the year ahead, we invite you to complete the following forms and submit them electronically to CSB Ministries as soon as possible to help launch your ministry for the coming year:
- Leader Membership Form
This form should list all active leaders of your programs. and will insure that our staff can contact the leaders in your groups.
- Church Information Update
We will use this information to update our records concerning your church and programs. Please note the programs and fees listed, and the changes that have been made for this year.
- Partners Together
Determine and fill out your annual financial commitment. Generous financial support from your local unit fuels the engine to take this movement to more churches in the coming year. Through your financial and prayer support, together we cast the vision to more men and women.
