REGISTRATION FOR 2009-2010

Welcome to the 2009-2010 CSB Ministries online church registration. The upcoming year will be exciting as you anticipate the possibilities of introducing boys to Christ, and discipling them toward godly leadership.

Looking forward to the year ahead, we invite you to complete the following forms and submit them electronically to CSB Ministries as soon as possible to help launch your ministry for the coming year:

Working Agreement

As part of our ministry partnership with local churches we ask each church to sign the working agreement which includes shared responsibilities and our Standard of Faith.

Leader Membership Form

This form should list all active leaders of your programs. and will insure that our staff can contact the leaders in your groups.

Partners Together

Determine and fill out your annual financial commitment. Generous financial support from your local unit fuels the engine to take this movement to more churches in the coming year. Through your financial and prayer support, together we cast the vision to more men and women.
