Unique Features
While the ministries of CSB Ministries have many things in common with other youth ministries, we also have several unique features:
Gender-specific.
Studies show that boys and girls are different - not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. In partnership with the local church, our program provides an atmosphere where boys can learn what it means to be a man of God from godly Christian men.
Focus on evangelism and discipleship.
Our motto is “Winning and Training Boys for Christ.” We introduce boys to Christ and then we disciple them, helping them grow strong in the Lord. We also offer opportunities for your church to minister to the families of the boys who attend CSB Ministries programs.
Build leaders.
Our program takes boys a step further - molding them into the leaders of tomorrow. It’s not just another fun evening. We help you build leaders. When they leave the program, our goal is for them to lead boys in Christian Service Brigade, or to take on the mantle of leadership in other areas of the church.
Our Ministry
Christian Service Brigade has been a ministry of Christian men to boys for over 60 years. Working through local churches across North America, we seek to encourage men to lead programs for boys of all ages.
This vast network of committed men share a common burden of bringing boys to Christ, and then training them for his service. As a ministry, we’re trying to:
- Guide boys to the Lord
- Guide boys to the Word of God
- Guide boys to Christian maturity
- Guide boys to the local church
Staff
Christian Service Brigade has been a ministry of Christian men to boys for over 60 years. Its partner ministry, GEMS, was developed to serve as a ministry of Christian women to girls. Working through local churches across North America, we seek to encourage men and women to lead programs for boys and girls of all ages.
